- Migrated the complete CNN model to the web, and applied React.js to complete the visualization views, including Convolutional Elastic Explanation View, Convolutional, ReLU, and Pooling Interactive Formula Views, Flatten Elastic Explanation View, Softmax Interactive Formula View.
- Fixed and documented various compatibility errors of project dependencies due to version changes, including Expokits, React-Natives, Cocoapods, Poetry, etc.
- Referenced 10+ ML/DL papers on material corrosion based on existing automated corrosion assessment models. Designed a deep learning model for predicting corrosion degrees under humidity, temperature, wind, etc.

- Removed unrelated information like URLs, images, etc. before analysis, and used Social Network Analysis(SNA)to detect communities within the network. Got metrics for each network by using NodeXL and used the Lovainal algorithm to identify subsets of participants for each network, content analysis of the public resumes of participants in the dataset yields factor categories.
- Researched Latent Semantic Analysis(LSA), and implemented TF-IDF for information retrieval including data preprocessing, Document-Term Matrix, and topic modeling. Implemented Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection(UMAP) for Data Visualization.

- Completed more than 95% front-end work during Builing a COVID-19 prevent and control dashboard for Harbin Police Office with Vue.js and JavaScript.
- Closely worked with the Database framework team and designed the database structure for reducing performance pressure caused by Over 500,000 simultaneous data entry.
- By flattening the tree data, reconstructing the tree structure with padding indentation, and efficiently rendering long lists in combination with virtual lists, it solves the problem of using general tree components to render large amounts of data (1000+ tree nodes).
- Fixed the problem of a large number of Doms drawn, scrolling, expanding, and collapsing constantly causing page repainting and reflow, which causes poor performance, and improved the overall performance by 200%.
- By listening to scroll events to Optimize the problem that a large number of location updates in asynchronous time caused the system to freeze.
